About Dr. Naddi Marah
EDUCATION
Dr. Naddi Marah graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, then earned his medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Sint Maarten. He completed his Internship and Residency at the New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, and Fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional, and Structural Cardiology at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth), McGovern Medical School. During his training, he served as the Chief Fellow of the Interventional Program, and was awarded both Outstanding Clinical Cardiology Fellow and Outstanding Teaching Fellow of the Year by MD Anderson Cancer Center and McGovern Medical School, respectively.
APPROACH TO MEDICINE
In practice since 2014, Dr. Marah is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology. He performs the majority of his procedures from the “radial approach,” in order to improve patient comfort, minimize vascular complications, promote early ambulation, and decrease hospital length of stay. He is a strong advocate for evidence-based clinical practice, uses cutting-edge techniques, and the latest technology to ensure optimal outcomes. His goal is to improve health equity, as well as the current standards of cardiovascular care within his community.
PERSONAL TIME
Away from his practice Dr. Marah enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and supporting local sports teams. He is a very competitive soccer player and an avid basketball enthusiast. Dr. Marah can most likely be heard listening to smooth jazz. He is fluent in English and French, and proficient in Spanish.
