Daira (Dee) Springer-Mahboubi attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, where she received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts in both Sociology and Behavioral Neuroscience in 2006. She attended University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing in 2019. Daira is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner credentialed by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Prior to joining the practice, Daira worked as a nurse within the hospital systems at both Memorial Hermann Northeast and CHI St. Luke's Health in TMC. She has also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Zambia, Africa.
When she's not in clinic, Daira enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors riding bikes and hiking, trying new foods, attending concerts, and traveling.
